Rachael Whitehead is an ambitious student-athlete at the University of Delaware, pursuing a degree in Communications with dual minors in Journalism and Sport Management. She is a valuable member of the UD Women's Field Hockey team helping them secure a 2024 CAA Championship. Rachael's dedication and hard work carries from the field to the business world. She has a passion for creativity and developing relationships. Rachael is excited for the opportunity as a Marketing and Communications Intern to learn and apply her skills and knowledge

Rachael is a Delaware native and attended The Tatnall School in Greenville, DE. In her free time, Rachael likes to spend time with friends, cook, or spend all day on the beach. 

Alison Swartout is a driven student-athlete pursuing a degree in Marketing at the University of Delaware. She’s a proud member of the UD Women’s Lacrosse team. She brings a competitive spirit and strong interpersonal skills to her role as Marketing and Communications Intern. She’s thrilled to have this opportunity to learn about the field of Human Resources as she supports Blackwell’s marketing and social media efforts. 

Alison is from Charlottesville, VA but is currently residing in Newark, DE. She loves to travel, cook, spend time with her friends and family, and of course, play lacrosse!
