    • Maintain accurate payroll records for exemptions, direct deposits, and deductions.

    • Handle garnishments and tax levies.

    • Review and validate employee timekeeping records.

    • Coordinate approval with supervisors. Inform the client of outstanding timecards and significant discrepancies.

    • Audit timesheets to ensure correct wage distribution.

    • Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations, and thorough record keeping and documentation in alignment with the client’s procedures.

    • Generate and audit preliminary payroll reports for client approval.

    • Address payroll discrepancies by reviewing and analyzing preview data.

    • Provide the payroll liability report to the client, ensuring timely funding.

    • Generate post-processing reports on earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, 401(k), benefits, and HSA contributions.

    • Run general ledger reports for finance or accounting teams.

    • Assist with month-end closing and payroll audits, including documenting Third Party Sick Pay.
