Pierce Smith

Pierce Smith is a senior at the University of Delaware, pursuing a degree in Human Relations Administration with a minor in Organizational Leadership. With two years of experience as a Peer Mentor for UD’s Quest program, he has played a key role in helping incoming freshmen navigate the transition to college life. His passion for fostering strong connections and creating supportive environments has shaped his approach to leadership and development.

As an HRA major, Pierce is eager to apply his HR knowledge and experience at Blackwell, where he looks forward to both contributing to the team and expanding his professional skill set.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Pierce staying active—whether he’s on the racquetball court or diving into a sand volleyball match!
